Anyway I don't FR immediately after a visit and even so will avoid mention details that will enable my particular visit and wechat to be traced. After a few days and several customer later, the ML will have forgotten and can't pinpoint you when you write FR.

Also try to mention fictitious visit time or day in your FR, makes it doubly hard for you to be traced and will send the ML or boss into some wild goose chase, if they wanna take the trouble to pinpoint your wechat.
