Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
Good day to all AC bros!
I wonder any seniors or regulars had stayed or visited the new Devera Hotel posted by Bro Rub & Buah not long ago. I\'m considering to book for my upcoming trip as i hear Swiss Chalet is full. Any feedback or info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Devera Hotel <<harry the horse >>
Yes folks, another new hotel. This one is situated near the checkpoint, occupying the site where the Clark Airport Terminal building used to be and Domino’s pizza and if you want real history, where Maverick City used to be located. Right now they only have the first two floors ready for occupancy and have already had one guest arrive the same day they had their soft opening. The rooms are nicely furnished and I was impressed with the king size beds. The prices range from P1,600 to P2,400 a night. When the 7 floors are completed 72 rooms will be available. Right now the elevator has not been delivered but the shipment from China is expected sometime this month. They are developing a web site: www.deverahotel.com but their phone number is: 63 45 893-3847. This is not a big company owned hotel, it is more a family operated hotel with Dante Devera, his wife and daughter working hard to put it all together. Right now, during the construction phase the you can get 25% off the listed prices. By the way, they have room for a small coffee shop and are looking for someone that might be interested in renting the space for this purpose. Contact Dante if interested. Quote:

Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
THE BOOMERANG HOTEL
http://www.boomeranghotelac.com/ <<harry the horse>> This is one of the newest hotels going up in the Clarkview area. Two great guys, Dave Lindsay (Australian) and John Burnett (Ireland) are pooling their talents and experience to build what should be a very popular Hotel. The location is good, just down the street from Garfields and Club Rio. You can already check out their website at www.boomeranghotelac.com. When I visited construction was ongoing but I could get a feel for the place. I particularly liked the ideas they were putting into the kitchen and the lobby area, with a boomerang shaped bar. I am not going into details here because it is late and also they have a webpage up and they also have an Email address of [email protected]. You can even google the hotel name and the info comes up easily. What I liked is that these guys are spending a ton of money to pave the road leading to their hotel and the one beside it. I know the owner of the Club Rio will be happy with that because before the arrival of the Boomerang folks that was a very lousy street. Their room prices are very reasonable so put this place on your shopping list when planning a visit to AC. The Lords quote : Guys who love going to Niftys and Club Rio can now have a better road to walk on |
