I can't afford to play FLs with cars. Low budget me until eat at lo-so place only can wait people like 大哥 blanjah. Now even eat roadside have people chak stay in Sinkiepor better. But your motosi position was the best spot especially when yr friend slams the brakes!

Now pattaya have godfather ? Whats the daily routine of a godfather, i also want to be godfather in pattaya. Got requirement bo other then having a good keyboard skills. If got chance i must meet this godfather in person my coming trip. Usually where godfather hangout ah?

Bro - honestly , have you ever eaten there?

I had a meal there songkran week and will never go back. Food is overrated and service terrible. We ordered and then sat back to observe the cook. They hire no waiters/waitresses all seem to be only a cook , a tough looking guy and a STY ; most probably a family unit. They kept missing orders and a table was overlooked and didnt get their food till they made a point to them. We have one dish missed out.

The food was at best medicore and with some much options in Pattaya both asian and falang , I will never go back there again.

Having said that , the place was not out to cheat us as they didnt charge us for the missing dish. Its just a mis-managed plave in a great location.

My PC is down so wont write much about my Songkran experience till it gets better!

But I have to warn others of the one (or 2? or 3?) bad experience in 13 days during the Songkran trip.

Glass House - 4 of us went in 16th or 17th April and were having fun ; buying LD for the girls. After about an hour , I checked the bill and it came to 4000B! Some of the girls had multiple LDs and one in particular had 7 single LDs! Pattaya does not practise double LD like Phillipines so it is like saying every 8/9 minutes I am saying yes to a LD request. That is not something anyone will forget saying ; especially right within one hour of it!

We argued and requested the manager. A falang came up and only shrugged his shoulders saying we ordered them. I checked the door and saw that the thai guys suddenly grew to double digits so had no choice but to pay up. I still had more than a week in town and I didnt want to put my firends (some first timers) in danger.

Funny thing , my friends were having fun and preparing to BF and most probably spend much more than 4kB in the days we were there.

So ......... avoid this place and if you must go in , watch your bill.


PS 5 of us went to Happy after the 19th and spent more than 3hrs buying multiple LDs. Total our bill came to under 3kB

Bro its okay lah, I was guessing you were busy hands, legs and all or knocked out liao. I went to LK metro but was too tired after the gym and swim session in the morning so I didn't really explore the place.

Went back to hotel to sleep cos had early flight back to sg.

Dear Bro Ah Teck Lim,
To answer your question is "YES" I have eaten there many times and so far (touch wood!) I am quite happy with the food and service. If not why would I bother writing the FR?

I don't get any problems described by you. The only bugbear I have is the service staff may get a bit muddle headed and forget your orders when they are very busy but this doesn't faze me. A gentle reminder is all that is needed. This is Thailand and staying here so long one gets used to these things unlike the fast paced, stressful and hectic life in Singapore.

Quality of food is debatable. As they always say "one man's meat is another's poison". For THB45 a plate I am quite satisfied with the standard plus it's within walking distance from the LK-Metro go-gos. Why are you and your good friend insinuating that I cut and pasted this FR from some farang's website?

You that new Malay owner of Goodfella's right? Congrats on your latest venture on Soi 6. It's quite an achievement to open 3 bars in less than a year when Pattaya has seen dropping tourists numbers. I am just operating a small struggling tour business cannot compare to you.

I posted about this place on Buakow because I generally liked the place and for BHT45 a plate you cannot expect Michelin star Nahm or Bo.lan like food or service chai mai? Sure you have much nicer places in Pattaya like Moom Aroi which anyone can find a review of on Trip Advisor.

I take issue that you accuse me of cutting & pasting my FR. I patronized this place several times and I'm satisfied with their service and food quality. Maybe it was peak period when you came? Maybe you were drunk & rude that day? Maybe you reminded them of the Southern insurgent that killed their relative?

Whatever the reason why you got shitty service heaven only knows but I still acknowledge your right to post and respect your opinion but it would be more constructive on this forum if you posted some FRs and directions to the places you mentioned rather than trying to impress the forum with your Pattaya resident status and put me down.

Some of us like to eat street food and find cheap eats that's our prerogative. Its like why some people won't fly thousands of miles to drink beer in a bar that smells of stale semen and screw fugly girls.

This forum needs more contributions rather than chit chat and people, or groups of friends, trying to dominate the threads by belittling everyone else.

CityNews – On Wednesday, 23rd April, police officers in Pattaya rounded up 50 female, transgender and transsexual sex workers who mainly serve tourists on the beach areas of the city, in an effort to clean up their image ahead of the implementation of ASEAN.

The crackdown took place at 2 a.m. in the morning while more sex workers looked on at the scene. Pattaya police say they have been working hard recently to ensure the safety of tourists and try and revamp Pattaya’s seedy image. Along with tourism officials, they say Pattaya needs its image to be improved and transformed into a “tourist-friendly city”. They claim they are adamant about reducing crime and weeding out shameful behaviour such as publicly selling sex.[/I]

The sex workers have been detained and will be charged with soliciting and harassing people (following and offering sexual services to individuals). The police called them an embarrassment and a nuisance to the public.

55555 This was the day bro kawaii and me went drinking street when his moto broke down at soi 6! I walked back to soi diana along the beach. There were less FLs but still noticable! Anyway its just a 100/200 slap on the wrist before they are let out into the nite.
