Dun see it as leaving to avoid her... i see it as going on a trip to find myself ... it's not a bad idea afterall since the current environment always trigger bad memories. There is no need to physically go anywhere if u can't forget her, cos no matter where u go, she'll stay reside in ur heart (or mind)...

btw any recommendation for nearby holiday... not too expensive one, must save money for bonkin hehe...

Or consider about saving the money. COE may be coming down. If low enough, can change car too.

There is this pain when that happens. Nevertheless, I tell myself that hopefully she is better off without me. I know myself and I agree that she deserves a better man than me. It only becomes a problem if she leads a life worse-off than with me.... and yes, it is painful no matter what.

one thing i realise abt goin away is tat while u might be overseas..sometimes relationship is an emotional baggage which u can neva let go..for the past 1.5 yrs..i been overseas for short trips about 10 times..(i can say 90% of the time the trips are to get away from something or somebody. the 10% are biz trip)..in the end i realise tat when u are overseas tat few days..u are happy but nothin will change when u come back..

i noe i am silly to say all these when i goin away in feb juz to get away from her again..but sometimes life is such tat u will only choose to avoid when u noe it wun do any gd

i like phuket..been there 5 times for the past 1.5 years..it is there when i choose to forget her but it is there when i love her more..it is there when we went for our first trip but it is there also tat end our frdship

Duuno whether izzit "得不到的，永远是最好的" it always seem that the one that is not our gf/wife is better. How many of us, when we look back and NOT think, how wonderful if that someone we once loved/very fond of dearly is with us instead of their current partner?! I dun think there is many out there maybe non-existent!! even though he/she may be 快乐and幸福 currently.
