The room quality in Symphoni is declining though. Sometimes I think the Dolly room looks more respectable, and I went there like 4 years ago. So far it looks like Czar has the best looking outfit out of all.

But places like Glamour and Celcius are actually ain't bad. They are jacking up the prices in Czar nowadays with standard 700k to 800k for the sex and some of them even expect tips. Thats for local. I never tried Chinese girls recently so I am not sure how it goes on the pricing now.

As got glamour, I skipped them nowadays. It has the best serious massage service with plus side on the fun of all outfits I have been though. As for celcius, it is a little hit and miss. - Not hard to find once u get to the Majapahit Hotel. (Walk down that little lane, doors on your right once the lane opens up into a cul de sac)

You can try X1, if they are full, they will get gal from Penthouse at X1 price. The KTV gals in Surabaya is not as good as Bandung or Jakarta so you got to tune down your expectation... but again, another man meat is another one poison...
