it's inevitable that things turns out this way, looking at it, I think it's about time I think you and her should sit down and talk about it, with the following 3 scenarios happening most likely:

1) She stays with you and breaks up with that guy,

2) She breaks up with you and stay with that guy,

3) She stays with BOTH of you, and secretly don't let the other guy know, but it's just a matter of time before he finds out, then back to option (1) or (2) ...

Anyway, I think marrying her is not an option, it's like forcing her to do settle down when she's not ready...
