I have a suggestion, all of us contact him one at a time, on different days and make a booking. Then we give her the run around. Make him go from one hotel to another and and even give him wrong rooms. He will end up with paying a lot for nothing.

But dont give him a sudden spike in bookings or he will be suspiscious. We space it out.
