As it turns out, the SIL thought she found her "the one", turns out, it's never that simple ...

she seemed more frustrated to hear that, rather than the touched and happy reaction I was expecting. She was with him, and perhaps even moved in ... She had no property to her name at that point in time, I have yet to ask her, waiting for her to start the topic, but perhaps the sex with that guy was disappointing. We fucked a lot, not quality all the time but the quantity definitely was there. I suspect she was left horny those months and hence perhaps became more havoc at the workplace.

Thx .. there's nothing some alcohol and time cannot heal ... life is life, emotions are temporary. just do not fixate on anyone or try to pretend to want what is conventional, just be sure of it.
