Haha, at first i also thought why so cheap (new and near to ferry terminal), see the banner again, and it state transit......

I thought it was cheap because they need to attract business That place is quite isolated from the town area.

It is in the Jodoh area, not a safe part of Batam.

The surrounding rukohs still empty, not sure if this hotel will survive.

Just to share with you guys. Its better and professional to deal with Chinese than Malay OKT. No racism intention here. But twice I was shortchanged by Malay OKT! :

I brought one friend over to batam weekend. Approached by Malay OKT quoted 280K. Over nite some more. Lucky my friend did not agree. Hell knows what gals they might get him.

Went to my usual spot at Putri Gardens where he got a shot in the massage room. He was told that for overnite, a $100 per nite! Not safistied, we went to Indah2 where he got a malay gal. Quoted him 280K again. Since she is ok to him, he took her to his hotel room to screw again.

Didi not ask him how the nite was, must be damm tiring for him as he did not answer my calls until noon.

The Hotel name is called Amir Hotel. 6 hours transit for 150k. It near the ferry and it is new. Jodoh is not that safe, but that is where most of the KTV and massage are, apart from Nagoya.

Difficult area lah.

Only Pacific & Atlantic Massage is nearby. Heard the banchong(aqua) hang around Batu Ampar

Wef 01/05/08 i.e. today, ferry ticket fm Sillypore (Harbour Ft) to Balai now cost $53/- ...up $2/-.

Thats the problem if theres only one operator monopolising it.
