One pointer here "Big players are selling now..trust me, there were be many building changing hand within the next year!"

Sell it if you are making profit...if not rent it out like a fuck shop..daily booking or hourly..many of those brokers who got stuck buying it at the high are doing it now..The Sail had become one of the worst "city living" after the MCST was form.. those councils are bunch of useless ppl who knows nothing about running a estate..they are spending the estate fund the like nobody business..

Did you notice that they change the Managing Agent, the maintenance company, the cleaning company, and two days ago the security company?

We use to have a group of pretty conceirge gals who are friendly and knows their job well..Now with the new MA..the security are make to cover the job at those counter most of the time and yet we are paying for the conceirge? The cleaner..from a group of legal worker to a group of "S" pass cleaner..those technician, lights blown for past 3 days were not taken care off?...most of all..the contract price went "up"

Looks like this coming AGM they need to give all the other owners a good answer as to why they are spending the money freely.
