We consumers can boycott these Agencies. They raise price like nobody's business . I remember not too long ago, Locals were going at $250. Now they can cost half our monthly salary, and its never guaranteed thay they will offer good or above average service. For me, there are still ine or two Agencies and a few Local FLs who are wise enough to offer reasonable price.

250 was how long? I remembered I started more than 5 yrs ago n I had one about price. But the world has since changed. How much is price of everything now?

True tat customer can boycott but how many will? We complain coe still v expensive but see the no of bids still far exceeding the quota. See there still pple willing to over pay for a hdb

In short we can boycott but there will still be pple to pay for such price lor. If the high price can price out most pple then those who are willing to pay such price will be able to get the gal they wan easier

Seriously.. if u ask me.. its more of the agencies bumping up the rates. With a cut of min 40%.. if a girl is priced at 600.. her take will be 360 only. Im nt sure if the market rate is still 40% commission even.

Let's see it this way, it's a free mkt nowadays...Suppliers are free to quote, and consumers can choose whoever he likes...In short, there's no point comparing cos there's no objective basis of comparison anyway
