Keke not scan for hair lar. I heard nowaday they can scan and detect any case of Down Syd.. Thru that I believe they might be able to take some DNA sample from there lar.
Me not doctor, but I believe it is possible to get it done with today technology.

Reading this thead reminds me of one of my friends. he & his wife are chinese (quite fair skin lah) but his kid looks a bit angmoh.... (hair also slightly brownish.. not the usual black or dark brown...)..

wow tat type of case, de doc mus poke a big needle into the womb to draw some liquid from the womb (may even hurt the baby, quite risky) for testing, DNA, XX, XY, HIV etc all can send for testing BUT need min 4-5 months when de baby position is stable.
My god by tat time, if its angmo how to lie to lau gong mus abort or wat, everything too late liao.

I extracted this information from the internet. Just a blood sample from the mother and a cell sample from the father. Just by using a swap in the inner wall lining of the mouth will do. Cook up a cokamamie story to the husband to obtain such sample and wif a small amout of blood sample from the mother wud do. I believe Hospitals in Singapore like Mt.E, Gleneagles will have such services. Your friend shud consult a local lab and see if such services is available. Find out who's the father b4 making a decision. Read on:

I think u should advise her to go for a DNA test. Seems like her decision making hinges on whether the baby belongs to the husband or bf. U might choose to keep quiet later on, after the results are known, but for now, I guess asking her to go for the test is the best advice u can give a as a fren.
