Hi Breyton, I just checked it out for you and the general hotel rule is 500 Baht per guest joiner. However, some lucky guys have been lucky not having to pay. There are rules, but at the end of the day, up to security guards.
Hope this helps

Baiyoke Sky is ok, maybe try Centre Point Petchburi or Bangkok Boutique Hotel. Both totally guest friendly.

Cheers

Thank U Very Much Bro, I wanna discuss first with my friends, I will go to Thailand on 30 Oct, We will visit Pattaya first, then on 31 Oct we will arrive to Bangkok, We haven't booked the hotel yet. We plan to stay at Sukhumvit Area (Royal President, Grand President) or Central Area (Baiyoke Sky Hotel)

Do You have an office in Bangkok? so maybe we can have a discount Price

May I know the room price of Centre Point Petchburi and Bangkok Boutique Hotel?

Cheers

Hi Breyton,

Firstly, yes I do have an office in BKK, my address is 992/12 Soi 51 Pattanakarn Road. Its near the new airport on the east side of the city. I have already reduced all prices to a very low markup, but for Samsters, I can give a little off. Novermber 1st is the start of the high season, and prices are higher than in Oct. So many people now coming in Sep/Oct. Many places are booked up already. However now Swiss Park is available. You should make a booking soon.

You can see all prices on my website, and if you let me know which hotel you are interested in, I will then give you a better price.

Many thanks

Tim

Re: Guest Friendly Hotels In Thailand

i must mention that my recent stay at The Davis Hotel off Sukh Soi 24 is excellent and good value for $$. Dunno guest friendly cos checked in with my partner. But worth a try, all amenities all 5 stars.. only turn off is it's abit far off the main road , so walking to BTS PhraKhanong is about 500-600M away

Freestyler69,

I agree with you. The Davis is a lush place to stay. Owned by Chuwit, Massage parlor King, and MP now. Each room's design and decor in a different theme. 5 stars all the way. Good points about the location. Dunno about Guest Freinly or not, but will advise later.

The Majestic Grande Hotel located in Soi 2 Sukhumvit, is guest friendly and now available on our website. It is a classy place and is conveniently located for Nighttime activities. However it is not cheap!

Ambassador not friendly 650 joiner fee.

Manhattan, friendly.

If you check in with your guest then all are ok. Manhattan really difficult to get a room now.

Yo noiser,

Classic Place, Maxx have joiner fees.

Regency Park , do not know

Sena Placa, being a small hotel over Saphan Kwai area, wouldn't think you would have any problems.

Instead of Classic Place and Maxx, why not Bangkok Boutique, The Palazzo etc. They are totally guest friendly.

Re: Guest Friendly Hotels In Thailand

I stayed in Regency Park Hotel few years ago and was not impressed.

Locatioin at Sukhumvit soi 22 was not convenient.
This was a small hotel catered primarily to families traveling on a tight budget.
I was not sure of the overnight guest policy.

For about the same rate, Palazzo in Ratchada is a much better choice.
