I was in a similar situation.
My advise is ask ur fren to get out of it now!!!
Even if the J & L do break-up ( like in my case), no guarante he will endup with A.
I'm also thinking It may be worse if things,turn out,other way and,he hold a grudge,against A for coming between them? Then cut off contact with her?

But no matter what, the one,that will hurt,and suffer,most is ur fren A
