I think the AV usually close one eye about BBBJ issue. The WLs will aware about all this as it is not encoureage or allow to do so. However is the DSC.During check up, if the DSC find semen between the WLs teeths and this prove they performed BBBJ & CIM.The WLs will be reported to the AV and may ask to go back.
Anyway the WLs know by do BBBJ, it will invite the customers to come for them..
