I have an interesting situation which could be relatively simillar but yet pretty different.

When i am younger, i can cum faster last less than 5 minutes than come liao. The girls always complain i am too fast and cannot satisfied them. BUt i am also very quick to recover.

When i get older, i take much longer time to come, the girls climax more time than me and that i take awhile more to come. I satisfied them but it take me longer time to recover. Especially physically many time i feel that i am getting old.

My take is that he could either

1.) Not aroused enough and bonk for the sake of bonking

2.) Mentally pressure to cum

I totally agreed with Starcrosser..
If you are getting older, your skin become ticker and is less sentitive and it might take longer to come..
If your friend is still young, the only reason is probably anxiety, not enough arousal and sexcited...
Stay cool and ask your friend to request the girl to work on area where he find it stimulating..

ya..... i had similar experiences when i'm tired.... knn no matter how also cannot cum.... in the end give up..... its important to get more rest... some more erection is not very full so i guesss that's y cannot cum lor...
