At XY, if I am not wrong, there is a sign pasted on the 'wall" near the entrance of the room that says : "No Special Service". Haahaa, so if the gal ask the golden question, point her to the sign and see what she says.
I think the place is just like any other joint - the arab style, tui na shops, etc. Don't hope for Bugis-Eva or Dragon-Carnation looks and figure.

I second your opinion... that somehow justifies the location of the place.
But there again... If one of the lads here actually start to touch their bum and boobs etc, the gals would have given the boy a stern warning... it can actually result to molest... But wat the heck...everything behind the curtain... guess can be arranged though....

My style is act innocent if it is your first visit. Let the lady do the work and wait for her to pop the question. If they did nto ask anything at the end, you may ask her if you think you want something from her. Of course, if she rejects, I will just ok and go off. I don't like to pester and ask again.
