I was informed by an insider that her "winning" streak is a scam.
She apparently has a relative who works at or runs a 4D shop.
The relative buys the winning ticket from punters who go there to cash in/collect their winnings.
She pays the winnings in cash from her pocket but keeps the ticket for Foyce who pays her for the ticket.
Foyce then does this song and dance celebration on IG. Like that sure every week can win right?

My logical think is if you have the formula to constantly win cash like that, you will keep it secret for yourself so that you have persistent income loh. Why still want to share and spoilt the "secret" as 4D company will surely change the formula after someone keep winning lah.
