GOV should know exactly which shop this person visited during that 30 mins, they will question that person about it.

Hope this person didn't went to visit Xiao Qian but should she be the one, it will very worrying.

Covid has 14 days window period before symptom shown. But it is still contagious during this time. Sound quite worrying.

The incubation period( ie the time from infection till the time symptoms appear) is not 14 days...think it 6-8 days max...then symptoms period is another 6-8 days generally but could be longer...during both the incubation period and symptoms period the infected person is infectious...

For asymptomatic cases(ie infected but showing no symptoms), the periods are the same but without any signs of symptoms or mild symptoms at best.

So total infectious time period is generally around 14 days from the time of infection...

If this really turns out to be true...a big if mind you...then I think MOH/government covid-19 task force may consider coming down hard on the MP/Spa industry ie going to strictly enforce MP/Spa compliance with SafeEntry QR if not revoke licence...

SafeEntry QR/Tracing App, contact tracing and ring fencing is not a game and not to be taken lightly...lot of pain & suffering caused to the whole economy by CB and even P1 & P2...so I don't think the government is going let off the MP/Spa industry so lightly if it's health safety measures/rules are not being adhered to.

Gov won't know if that person did not tell the truth, especially if he visited the ml there. He can say go to coffee shop, go toilet, scroll around after lunch etc.
