And his delivery is all wrong. He's too earnest. If he said it in a more humourous way then it might work in Singapore.

In Manila, most anything work. I've used a smile + upward arching eyebrows before and that worked.

well, you can head to AF1, closest .. and safest, than call an FL and find you don't gel .. unless you are the type like me 'screw anything .. don't care about quality .. when times are bad, the bad get going type' ...

26yrsman: depending on what time you arrive and what time you leave, you can grab lunch at Gerry's Grill in Mall of Asia, goto Manila Bay Café in Malate and see if you can score any afternoon freelancers. If you don't see anything to your liking, then goto AirForce One before your evening flight.

among the Roxas clubs, there r 2 'clusters' which r good, if nothing takes your fancy in one club, easily can walk to the rest in the clusters....


one cluster is the Traders Hotel group.....which has Fairytouch (ex-Infinity 8) , Studio 69, East Asia and Bachelors Mansion

the other cluster is in Baclaran near Heritage Hotel .... which has Asian Entertainment, Bini Bini, Dynasty Real & Liberty Island




my current fave in each cluster is East Asia and Bini Bini.
