As per RTW dates declared by WLs, it is not 100% guaranteed. They may or may not turn up for work. Usually, 1st day from leave, 1st thing they will settle is to claim their "yellow card" which is after lunch time. So, the earliest they can reach PT and start work is around 1:30-2:00pm. 2-3 days later they need to settle their work permit, again, for some this is an excuse for them not to report for work.
