U guys talking about M**g* spa right? first time visitted there like 1.5 years ago, it was good at first with Viv*****, but new girls come in and their services have become terrible (the girl is ugly too).

is it still worth it to drop by there?

Vivian is still good, service never drops. In fact it became better after I regularly rtf her.

just passed by the stretch of roadside MPs....the water spa has closed...business there must be bad...

There are at least 8 MPs along that 100m road. It's super competitive there and the rent for one shop is as high as $8.5k and some even above $10k. How to survive? Another Spa around that corner also closing soon from what I heard during my visit last week.

The "water" spa signboard is gone already, not sure how long the other two on its left and right side will survive.

All the same I wonder how the other spas on that stretch continue to survive longer? Maybe different building, different rentals.

The enforcement of new rules require MPs to close earlier wrecked many livelihoods. Hope those jokers in parliament are happy with what they did and can sleep well.

Does M***o spa have any young girls ah? First time I went I tio middle age lady, not my cup of tea. Went back again, ask them if have young girl that day the front lady like kpkb with the masseuse behind, so I tell her don't want already. Till now still not sure if they have young gals.
