Nope, I believe you need 60pts to get power 1, than every year another power 1 (not sure what happens if you get zapped down below 60, I doubt you get another power 1 after 1 year) or you collect 3000pts (3000pts = 1 power).
But you not get power 4 only by reaching 50, that would be too easy.....
You are here since June 2017 , if you get 60 pts the 1st year you would have power 2 in June 2018 and power 4 in June 2020
