As I mentioned, most hotels offer just the massage. What happens in the room is up to you. If you want just the massage, you're going to get only one hour. If the rate for a 1-1.5 hr session is 300-320k, then it's all-in.

These are 2-3 star hotels, so the rooms have sinks, hot showers, fridges, bottles of water, towels, big beds, mirrors, phones, TVs, etc.
