Not familiar with KTV scene
HC would be their 三温暖 - a bit like the old extinct HCs in Sg. Soak in the pool and chill out. Go to the lounge and grab some tea and snacks. Mamasan will ask you what u want and lead you to massage by MILF with extra. Note that not all HC have FJ. But massage has been almost always excellent.
All in is about 4000 TWD. They are open 24/7 so can pop in for a quick one in the morning before your breakfast meeting.
All the mei mei don't like the HC scene and prefer the KTV but its not my scene. Rich and lazy folks can order tea service delivered to their hotel rooms.

After a few round none of us manage to select any girls and decided to leave. The agent urge us to stay and wait for the 礼服 grade girls but we decided to cut loss and leave, pay 300ntw each.
Contacted the other agent from the chinese website and went to another ktv. This the place was much nicer. Warm towels was served immediately when you step into the buildng with waitress in school uniform. Went up to level 3 where the rooms are. This place was so much better than the previous place. This place however was pure 礼服 店. No dance no strip no hj. Just chat. The gfe of the girl really thick. Girls pricing is about 1200 to 1300 per hours. Rooms charges are 3200. Managed to get line contact of the girls.
Overall i think taichung girls are much better. Less commercial feel.

Do take note some place (my personal experience is in Caesar) the ladies talking to u in the lounge could be those providing proper massage one (no special service, not even hj), so please check with them first before proceed.
