correction, used to be the best but due to poor or no maintenance, service dropped, wait time for check in increased, staff no smile, talk very loud at corridor near my room, and previous trip bed sheet had a small hole burnt by ciggy, air con not cold. ...but...price still one of the higher side in tbk...

Frankly not just maxi, even Gabion service also drop. The driver also cocky look and lazy, imo. At time one just need to tip the room boy to keep rooms, bedsheets, etc clean.

Why i said Maxi ok for me because theres was an incident i had with the authority. Maxi management took upon themselves and intervened for me. Because i was their guest. I will never forget that incident. But thats me. Well, whichever hotels, just like taste for ceweks, one man meat is another man poison.

Bro Kristoa7 , For me that day friday i go , cewek more than Customers , a lot choices for me to pick , a lot SYT ( age 18-23 ) , i perfer SYT ,

I did look around each villa , quite a lot match my expectation, consider good quality... Some cewek even approach me and ask me book her ( having chemistry and eye contact ) ...

Well here is wht I know for Balai View as for the room I find it not worth to stay while its better to stay at maxi.


Next they do not have driver provided so as for this pricing I dont find it worth to stay.

I still perfer stay at Gabion & Hotel Aston , but gabion really need renovate , all facilities ( bed , bath tub and rooms) quite old and low maintenance , Aston just lack of makan at walking distance surround ( Not like Bandar a lot choice to pick ) , other thing like rooms size , Wifi , clean, spa , KTV & etc all quite well ......

KNN at times asked him to go certain place like jetty area after recce the farm, he will say things like drop us half way, we can walk there. Even hinted to us if come to balai, just pay rp4k only to reach gabion. Not forgetting we still tip him when he sent us to the farm. Fucking idle driver! And most of the time see him at gabion doing nothing! If its not for the budget price i am getting from Gabion i would have long time give it a miss.

Oh yes. That chinese uncle who sometimes double up clearing bedsheet, service tv or aircond. If u see him smile, very likely u would strike 4-D!

There were even rumours that he took commission from OKT. I dont know how far is true. Maybe 10 to 20K rupiah from OKT as coffee money should be the norm.
