Many many of them already shuttered down for some time as a lot of the WLs went back to their hometowns, a few of the local KTVs actually tried to open even during the shutdown but it seems that it was very shortlived one moment I saw the promotional adverts on their Wechats & few days later no more

No idea at all, but since their hotels are still open for businesses I am quite sure given their known tenacity there will be some courageous viets that will still dare to work as they need the $$$ badly for their daily needs

If you need confirmation just email the hotels direct, better than guessing or listening to hearsay (like mine.... )
