It would depend on the T & C of your policy but usually in claims for delayed flights the time is clocked from the time your boarding pass is issued..... to the time your flight takes off.

In this case, you have not been issued your boarding pass so NO CLAIM.

The penalty for this offence is a fine of P50,000 and/or a jail term at the prison mayor.

So technically, if you barfine a 30 yr old girl but you are 41 yrs old..... you would have committed an offence in the eyes of our laws.

Make sure that the age difference between you and the girl is not more than 10 years.
