If not mistaken it is not like a parking or traffic fine where you can pay quietly at axs machine.

You will be charged with an offence and summoned to court. Plead guilty and then you will be offered the chance to compound the offence with a fine $300. Plus free advertisement in the newspaper.

Will we be charged in court in court in Phase 1 too? The $300 composition fine is not so bad but being dragged to court and the free publicity that comes with it is a much bigger deterrent for me.

Think as long as guai guai admit your wrongdoing and don't guai lan with the officers, and you won't be implicated further. Seems like those who went to court had multiple offences like abusing (physically and/or verbally) the officers.

Yesterday i go ta bao dinner walk past the back door of a spa... just nice got 1 ML come out and water plant.. look like not bad... but cb la now all also like not bad lo think they all stay inside the spa or maybe upstairs the spa? if it is like that then i think got chance will secretly provide service for regulars... maybe at night when very quiet...
