you mean hair styling school? yah, got some of those in BKK. famous one is Grace Siam at Petchaburi Soi 13. enrolling is 20K upwards, depending on the package (life member, full course, topic-specific course), plus buy stuffs like scissors and combs, dummy head, etc. can add up to more than the 60K you mentioned. Hairstyling is usually WL's choice of 2nd career. many ex-WL are students at such schools. My wife is a Grace Siam graduate, kekeke.
There's another alternative besides going to Grace Siam if you want to save on the budget. Just enrol your tirak into any Ampere/Khet Learning program where the local thais can take up any course involving language, hair-dressing, tailoring, cookery or computer skills under the course of 500baht but course materials are not included. At the end of the course the also provided the person with a certificate so that she could go and apply for a job with priority in accordance with the Thai Ministry of Labour project.
All this is my master teach me one. He say want to be with WL, must tame them, and its very very hard. Because he manage to tame one himself after a very big effort.
