check the events at chang ping thread. i think cheapest for someone unfamiliar is bus to railway station east station. then train to cp. else take a metered cab to east station and train to cp.
lastly, the simplest but not that cheap is get a private car to drive you to cp direct. many bros have car contacts,
best to use them.

remember don't take unfamiliar cars. especially now nearing chinese new year.

The Cheaper way is take the bus from GZ airport to the train station
( RMB 30 ) then take the train to Dongguan ( changping station ) - RMB50

Dont take car if tight on budget

to my experience, not many are interested on the clean activities, one common reason is because most of the bros only going to cp for few days, bonking also not enough time liao where still got time for clean activity??
