I dont think OKT would be scared to ask AV, it is part of their livelihood, when it comes to money i dont think there is such thing as 'dont dare' to anyone. Its definitely the authority trying to stall in the name of the virus, the longer they stall, the higher chance that the OKT are gonna find other jobs, so geylang will disappear itself
