I went to Bali in August and tried Flame Spa (Seminyak and Sunset) and Riverview.

If going to Flame, I think Seminyak is better. Sunset has fewer choices - both times I went around 5pm and Seminyak had 8 girls for me to pick from, while Sunset had only 3.
