bro lord..i stayed DM residente when my first trip in 2009. The room is quite old but not bad. I got the cheapest room around 25-30 sin. Got small pool. its just next to casa del roque..not very far to jollibee..maybe about 150 metres by walking. I still prefer Casa del roque coz its new and nice room except that its just in front of santa maria elementary school and if u dont mind....hehe,

Distance from Manson Drug on Fields to DM is similar to the distance from Dollhouse to JJ Supermarket. Hope this helps.

DM Residente has a good location as I stay there once or twice about 3 years ago. Conditions of room is ok for the price as it is not expensive. I now use this place as a backup in case other places are full. But believe it or not this place is also full sometimes so just want you to be aware of that .

Yes, it is not one of the newest places in AC and they know that which is why they have not really raised prices on this place compare to others in AC.

DM residente location is not bad but CASA del roque is in front of DM. If u want a swimming pool and cafe, DM has it but Casa del Roque only has a room. I'm not promoting Casa del roque but room wise, i prefer casa coz its new. Get the room with a balcony at 1500 peso. DM residente always for backup if other hotels are full. The first trip, i wanted to extend at bangkok hotel but they said full and i went to several hotels and also full. FInally i called DM and the room still available. Get the hotel number if u need to call them. I really had a good company with our bro ah hia which i met him on 13 sept and thanks for his tips and etc. I wish i can be there again soon.. hehe

I dun think there is a 950pesos hotel room that looks better than DM.
Moreover they come with spring mattresses.
Most other budget range hotels have only Uratex foam mattresses.
Value for money, peace and quiet, DM wins hands down.
