Actually to each his own cos everyone will have their own thoughts & analysis as to when & where to buy ![]() ![]() There are a lot of things that I should have taken the risks/plunge years ago and I chickened out due to uncertainties & differing opinions & I have regretted some of them until today ![]() In simple words take calculated risks if you can afford the money as long as those are additional funds you can afford to spend (not borrow or clear out your savings) and/or if you are buying for somebody else (which please don't as it undermines relationship esp if it is a Viet spouse) ![]() Cheerios......SS08 ^_^

If you are referring to Vinhome Grand Park, go ahead...anyway still not open to foreigners sale...
