I have to agree with you on this, the sight of revealing a little of the lace top stocking is absolutely a turn on.

My guess why they dont wear thigh high stockings is that maybe they dont know they need to wear with garters or the sequence of wear garters is wrong which makes it slightly troublesome when they go to ladies.

Sorry for late reply but... Guess what?! I do actually wear stockings and garters out, but not everyday. haha. Unfortunately, I keep giving my torn stockings away to ppl.

If it's torn at the top, I guess it doesn't matter since it will be covered by a dress. I just need new ones so I can wear them more regularly. And suprisingly, my garter held up. Suprising because it's plastic clasp and not the metal clasp type meant for daily wearing.
