btw there is a new ruling that all entertainment location in bandung have to close at 00:00
so if you are planning to do KTV make sure to recheck with the KTV, dunno how it will pan out in bandung as this is very new rule

Yes this new ruling has already enforce for the past 3 days as was told by my regular ktv mami. Let hope that this is just a temporary ruling and entertainment outlet boss just have to give more money.

if not bandung will be a dead town after midnight... so it best to have some freelance contacts to keep you warm in hotel room.

This new mayor which is a friend of mine is trying to be funny... He tried to limit the sale of achohol as well.... I thought he is a moderate muslim but it seems he is not.. he is very well educated and live abroad for so many years... I will tease him when I meet next...

But I think everyone will flaunt the rule lah..

Bandung KTV now open at 1600 because of the closure at midnight. The KTV association and other night spots association is in discussion with the municipal government to extend the closing time to 0200.

So if you want to cheong, go early..
