Weapon-carrying Vietnamese youths destroy restaurant in southern Vietnam

Fire, black smoke and hurled chairs led to Hollywood-like destruction

A gang of armed young men caused violence and destruction after drinking on Wednesday at a restaurant in Tien Giang Province in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, as shown in a video from a security camera.

According to preliminary investigations by police, several young men arrived at the venue on motorcycles before rushing into the restaurant, nearly injuring a few staff.

Patrons were forced to run for shelter, some leaving their cellphones behind, which were then taken by the men.

The unknown group, numbering 20 to 30, was carrying different weapons, including knives, machetes, and metal bars.

Tran Anh Tuan, 38, owner of the restaurant, and his workers retreated inside and flung petrol bombs at the attackers in defense, while the latter threw plastic chairs and other items lying around the venue.

In the aftermath, physical disorder reigned, with broken chairs covering the floor and black smoke smothering the room.

Local police are attempting to identify the gang behind the violence.

Dun pray pray nowadays everywhere in Wetnam also have CCTVs liao

Those customers especially that already ate finish and are enjoying a smoke must be happy at the free meal provided they are not one of those that left their handphones on the tables
