Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
Sun is out today. Finally. After many wet days and dirty roads.
Fields avenue is much quieter now re tourists and vehicles. Popped into La Pasha and we were almost the only customers with a bar of about 100 dancers. Manager bought us one round. Heard that Camelot was "locked door" by a guy who paid about 200k pesos. Sorry, i don know what happened inside. Many girls are hungrier now and txt to meet up getting more frequent. I have a half price EWR coupon for Rapsody to give away but valid for this few days. So you only pay 750 for the EWR. If you here and can use it, txt me 09289447777. I fly tomorrow morning. |

I left the Force and went to the UK to pursue further education. After that I have not been back. But I do go to Manila quite often to attend to my condos there. But I find the nightlife in Manila to be less interesting than Jakarta.

Dream on...... the DOJ and Philippines police are only interested in how much "extra income" they can get or scam...... want them to work and solve cases? ...... very very rare and in most cases the police themselves are the culprits. For those that do not know...... shootings and homicides are common happenings in AC...... the people have become so accustomed to it that they do not report the incidents in the news anymore...... unless a foreigner is involved...... here are some incidents of the trigger happy policemen. Norwegian shot dead in Quezon City, suspect flees Home Updated August 03, 2011 12:18 PM 9 comments to this post MANILA, Philippines (AP) — An off-duty police officer is the main suspect in the killing of an 18-year-old Norwegian tourist outside a bar in Quezon City where he tried to stop a fight, the chief investigator said Wednesday. Police said Mikael Troy Johansen Rasay had left the bar with friends early Sunday when he saw a commotion across the street and tried to break up a fight between a man and a woman. Chief Inspector Rodelio Marcelo, head of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City police, said that Rasay, who stood 6-foot-3 and with an athletic build, knocked the man down in a fistfight. A second man also fought with Rasay but the Norwegian teenager also knocked him down, Marcelo said. Gunfire rang out moments later, and witnesses reported seeing another man chasing and shooting Rasay and reloading his pistol, he said. He said Rasay slumped to the ground after he was hit three times in the back with two of the bullets exiting his body. Marcelo said the suspect escaped in a car. Rasay died of his wounds after being brought to a hospital and another person was wounded by a stray bullet. Investigators recovered about a dozen spent shells from a 9 mm. pistol at the scene. He said the man who was wounded and a security guard at a nearby establishment were able to identify the gunman from a picture obtained from the national police headquarters. A woman companion of Rasay was expected to also identify the suspect, who is a Manila officer. Marcelo told The Associated Press the police will file a murder complaint against the suspect. State prosecutors will conduct preliminary investigations to determine if there is enough evidence to bring the case to court. Rasay's father, Joseph Troy Rasay, urged the suspect to surrender. "We want to know why he shot my son in the back. Mikael was unarmed," he said. "He made sure my son was dead by shooting him in the back." He said his son is the eldest of his three children and was a college student in Oslo. He said his son was fond of his home country and arrived July 16 for a vacation and was scheduled to return home to Norway on Monday. "He said, 'Papa, ... I want to show my friends in Norway how beautiful it is in the Philippines,'" he told the AP. Dozens of friends and relatives have flocked to the Rasay family home in Tanza township in Cavite province near Manila for the wake. |

Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
Another killer cop news...... this incident happened on 6th June 2011 in Perimeter opposite the Hotel California....... the victim is a Korean American
ANGELES City -- Witnesses identified a policeman as the one who shot dead a 34-year-old Amerasian in Bgy. Malabanias here Monday night. Chief Insp. Luisito Tan, Police Station 4 commander, identified the victim as John George Fernandez and the suspect as SPO4 Danilo Soriano. Both are residents of Plaridel 1 Subd., Bgy. Malabanias. Investigation conducted by Insp. Dickson Tolentino showed that Fernandez and his live-in partner Marilou Silva were walking along Del Pilar St. in the village at 7:10 p.m. when Soriano approached them and talked to Fernandez. Silva left and entered her house. After a few minutes, Silva heard a gunshot. When she checked, she saw Fernandez lying on the ground, blood oozing from his head. A witness told police investigators that she saw the suspect chase and shot the victim once in the head. Investigators found a slug for caliber .45 at the crime scene. At around 9:05 p.m., the police learned from officials of Bgy. Claro M. Recto that Soriano had surrendered to the tanod brigade of the village. The retired policeman even executed a handwritten statement, which was countersigned by one Peter John Meneses, tanod executive officer of Bgy. Claro M. Recto, denying his involvement in the killing of the Amerasian. Soriano said he and Fernandez had a heated argument. “Bumunot po siya ng balisong at inundayan ako ng saksak sa kaliwang bahagi ng aking katawan at kamay. Hindi ko na po alam ang sumunod na pangyayari,” he said. “Kusa po akong dumulog sa Bgy. C.M. Recto at hindi sa Bgy. Malabanias para sa safety at security ko dahil wala po akong kinalaman sa pagpatay (kay Fernandez),” he added. The suspect was brought and detained at the Police Station 4. He is facing charges of homicide. |

Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
Another bad cop news report. For those that do not know...... Pampanga is the district of Fields Avenue in AC.
By Charlene Cayabyab Friday, July 8, 2011 -- A man who was allegedly kidnapped and beaten up by a police officer in Pampanga is crying for justice, as he reiterated his appeal for a deeper and impartial investigation on the case. The victim was identified as Romnick Santos, 21, a resident of B-125 lot 14 EPZA, Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City, while the suspect is Police Inspector S. Edejer, a resident of the same village who was assigned at the Sta. Ana police station at the time of the incident. Salvador Santos, father of the victim, said it has been more than a year that their case against the police inspector has not been settled and given due justice. "I would like to ask again the help of Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Raul Bacalzo, Regional Director Edgardo Ladao and PNP Provincial Director Edgardo Tinio in the investigation of the case," the elder Santos said. He also said he will bring the case to the attention of Governor Lilia Pineda. In his letter to Bacalzo, Santos said, "Ang buong pangyayari ay isang mabigat na alalahanin sa akin at sa aking pamilya sapagkat hanggang ngayon ay wala pa pong nangyayari sa isinampa kong kaso sa inyong pulis na si Edejer na malayang gumagala at patuloy na naghahasik ng takot sa akin bilang ama ni Romnick at ng aking pamilya." Cases of kidnapping and frustrated murder were filed against Edejer at the Angeles City Prosecutor's office. However, in a resolution, the prosecutor's office has found no probable cause to indict the police officer for the crime of kidnapping while the case of frustrated murder was dismissed. According to the sworn statement of the victim, he was at a corner with his friend Aries Raquel in one of the streets in their place around 7 p.m. of May 20, 2010 when Edejer arrived aboard his Pajero SUV. Romnick said Edejer told him to get into the vehicle but he refused. Then, the police officer took out his gun and poked it at him, forcing him to board the vehicle. While in the car, the younger Santos said that Edejer asked him who the drug pushers in their town are and when he answered he does not know anybody who sells illegal drugs, the police officer whipped him with a gun in the head. "He also hit me on the side of my body," Romnick said. "He then pushed me out of the vehicle along a road in San Pablo in Sta. Ana town and then passed out," he added. "When I woke up, I was already at the Jose B. Lingad Hospital in the City of San Fernando," the victim said. He was later transferred to the Mother Theresa of Calcutta Hospital also in the City of San Fernando. The younger Santos also said he sustained injuries in the head and other parts of the body that nearly caused his death. |

He was staying in a rented apartelle in A. Santos St. The woman he had an argument with was from one of the "blowjob" bars along that same street. The two guys that fought with him were employees of the OKT who were sent to collect 2000p which was due to the woman for services rendered. No charges are being filed against the 2 filipino men cause they were attacked by Bill and killed him in self defence. Sad and stupid to lose your life over 2000p (SGD $58.00). Note : I just found out about this law in the Philippines from a district attorney........ if a foreigner and a local gets into a fight against each other..... the law is always on the side of the local.... ie. if the foreigner gets hurt..... the local commits no offence and gets off scot free..... but if the local is hurt..... the foreigner can be arrested and thrown into jail and/or fine and must pay compensation to the local. |

Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips
what do you expect from a country police that gives the murderer of the norwegian kid '7 days to surrender before we start action .. ' 7 days to file a grievence notice, follow 'protocol' and seek 'DOJ' custody and then case is in limbo
Even last month, one of the cops involved in a murder was only asked to be arrested, after 2 weeks, and the police reported the cop has gone MIA.. he will sure appear after 5 years, claim political persecution .. and then say DOJ didn't follow process .. and then be out again .. And I go by the info I get, only 1 in 10 murders even get to the news .. rest are 'missing' .. and likewise, if the victim is rich or foreigner it is news .. if a local or unkown gets killed .. no news .. like the carnapping victims .. and so did a friend in PNP told me .. that 9 out of 10 kidnap victims are never recovered .. and forgotten as Glorias corruption and PNoy's girl friend is bigger news .. Read up on Vizconde murder .. sorry, not annoyed, just .. that's life in the pinas islands .. if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen ..
