I saw some bros here complain about the food and tv room. I find the tv room quite ok le, does not seem to be those makeshift type. And as for the food, not bad at all. Even have orange juice drink, red bean soup etc. So do not complain so much la.
I went to this place four times already (3 times for massage, 1 for package).

Are we allowed to loiter around first and choose the girl if they pass by?

Hi bro, its only RM30 at both checkpoint. Note that the validity of the passport must be for more than two years. personally i feel it's more straight forward to do at Tuas Malaysia custom checkpoint. JB custom more yaya papaya.

Bro, u can just take the locker number first, go get changed, enjoy the hot water pool first. After that then go pantry or the common corridor to see those girls walk in and out. Take your time to pick the one you like. Dunno their number? Just ask any nearest captain you can catch. After that confirm the booking with the captain then just wait for your turn.
One thing I like about GBW is that you get to see the girls catwalk at the corridor after their sessions. Brothers here please correct me if I'm wrong, I think GBW is the only joint (in JB) that we get to see the gals first before booking.

i went for no 11 traditional massage. saw at another forum that this old lady is good at zhuagen. i tried, pain as hell. not sure how the results is going to be.
my friend went for WL, as suggest by captain, no 98. she is over 30 and the service is so so. not sure why she is said to be an angpai at another forum.
facility wise, it is good. i went to both nz and bw, and i think their facility are about the same. the food is ok, and the pool is not as dirty as others said.
my suggestions for those who never go there:
1. try not to go at peak hour. today is not public holiday and i reached there at 12pm, after a while, it was crowded like pasar malam.
2. do your research before u go there. your experience there will highly depend on the WL quality, and their quality really vary.
3. never trust the captain, never ask them to arrange girls for you. high chance u will be given leftovers.
4. you may sit in the tv room, right beside windows, then u will be able to see those girls walking around. i saw 1 girl wearing a bra walking in and out.
