Province: tieng giang... it about 1 1/2 hour from HCMC. Been there once. Buy bus ticket, travel there, stop at some main road than travel further in by xe om. 1/2 bumpy ride on xe om to her house.

If i ever go vn, she can always come HCMC to meet me.

I am thinking if she stay in province, she will do nothing most of the time, thus may 'rot'. If she work in HCMC, her monthly expenses for rent, petrol and food will be high. But than at least she work there and won't 'rot'.

Then must well find some Kang Tou to give her go Malaysia to work or Stay there.. I know a village which a lots of Viet gals married there / work there.. A very peaceful village..

I just went there last week, my wife also very like it.. It is like 2nd Vietnam to them.. The surrounding, and they Vietnamese always hang together which makes themselves at their hometown..

As i think HCMC expenses is even higher than Malaysia now, with a projected of 17% inflation rate this year. Vietnamese is going to suffer a lot.. The Poorer gets poorer, and the richer gets richer..

Those who already have a property there is gonna to earn quite a bit if have the intention to sell later. It will only be going up, and the rental there which was even reported in the news, gone up to more than 90% increase. The landlord would be richer X 2 times every month.

How do the people there survive? For the gals, confirm would be finding more carrots to chop lor, then in the end, who will suffer again? We guys lor.. So sad.. Because of Econmy downfall, we already not earning from there and might be even losing more, but from the other end, we suffer even greater loss..

Oh.. tien giang. Capital of Tien Giang is My Tho. My wife's province is Ben Tre, just across the river from My Tho. Presently they are building a bridge linking My Tho and Ben Tre. Tien Giang is actually quite near to HCMC. U are right to say that if she goes back to province and have nothing to do, its not good for her. But if she continues in HCMC and rental and living expenses are high, she will have to depend a lot of you.

From what I know...It's not even necessary to be legally married in Vietnam?? Most will deem the customary one sufficient le.

Your decision is? Personally, I had considered this situation before but IMHO, staying too long in the province with nothing to do everyday but just 'rot' there is very boring.

Why will anyone need a bodyguard in HCM? But because i was doing business in HCM and i had some business conflict with some local businessman. I also mentioned i bought a 7 room villa in District Ben Chanh, near to Phu My Hung Q7 and its facing the saigon river. Most bros don't believe, but there's a few bros who have been to my place before and they have seen it with their own eyes. 7 ensuite rooms and bathroom with jaccuzi. and it also comes with a sound proof Karaoke room on the top floor. All these sounds like HK drama huh? Go explore more of Vietnam , instead of only cheonging there. U will learn a lot.
Is that why you stop stationing in Vietnam- i.e after some Viet. bizmen
threathened you? Basically Vietnamese are loud and theatrical.

I think your villa is in Trung Son, Binh Chanh, and it's facing Song Rach Ong Lon(also facing RMIT,D7)

No la bro. I came back to Spore for my children's education. The other reason being my children got sensitive nose, so often warded at FV hospital for air pollution related symptoms. So finally no choice, shift back to Spore. I know vietnamese bizman are loud. I employed bodyguard as the conflict has resulted in physical violence.

Yes bro, my villa was at trung son and its facing Song Rach Ong Lon and also RMIT HCM Campus.

Want the Viet gals in Malaysia or In Vietnam.. If Vietnam, it's easier and lots more.. For Malaysia, most of them is married there.. Will be lesser chance.. For Vietnam 1, can organise a trip there, but because viewing gals in this way is illegal, so have to do it discreetly.. My wife going back to Vietnam during end August.. Can arrange depending how many gals available wanting to married to Singapore or finding foreign BF..

Last year whne i went back to Vietnam to attend my wife's brother wedding, so coicdence that got two tables of gals gather together, both table gals also finding husbands. But here comes the funny part. One table is like angels.. All not bad looking, if were to chose anyone for a good bonk or for wife also can.. But the other table is, if to chose anyone for a bonk, i think would have a scary nightmare..

What does this shows? The pretty will always stay with the pretty and vice versa..

So anyone int to go Vietnam to find a gf / wife? For a 1 to 2 week tour there would cost less than $2k only.. May Include a good bonk there..

It was done when they were 1 year old. If you have twins or more children, the first one will be more expensive, while the 2nd one onwards will be cheaper.

Vietnam dong heads south close to four-month low

HANOI, May 30 - Vietnam's central bank allowed the dong to fall against the dollar to the lowest level in nearly four months after Fitch Ratings cut the country's sovereign rating outlook to negative from stable.

The State Bank of Vietnam, or the central bank, set the official exchange rate at 16,086 dong per dollar, the lowest since Feb. 4 when it was 16,087 dong per dollar.

On the onshore foreign exchange markets banks can trade the currencies within a band of +/- 1 percent of the official rate daily, meaning the spot rate would range between 15,925 dong to 16,248 dong per dollar for Friday.

On non-deliverable forwards <PNDG>, the dong dropped slightly to 21,200/22,200 dong per dollar on one-year term at 0038 GMT, from 21,050/22,050 dong per dollar on Thursday, or a devaluation of 30 percent, compared with 33 percent on Wednesday.

Fitch Ratings lowered the outlook on Vietnam's BB-minus sovereign rating to negative from stable on Thursday as double-digit inflation, a yawning trade deficit and banking woes strain the developing market economy [ID:nBKK155062].

Vietnam's annual inflation accelerated to 25.2 percent in May from 21.4 percent in April, its seventh consecutive double-digit reading and one of the highest in Asia [ID:nBKK139303].

The central bank has said it pursues a flexible exchange rate management but the communist government has said that during 2008 it would allow only a 2 percent annual appreciation or depreciation of the dong
