hello bros, i will be in manila for a quick 3 days 2 nights stint. i know i will be freaking tired because of the schedule so is looking for a nice spa or massage place to relax. i am staying at the mandaluyong area (Go Hotel - budget hotel nia). anything good within a short walk / taxi ride? much help appreciated to get me started. thanks!

Taxi drivers are crooks, always try diff stunts, don't be soft-hearted, be firm. Never say it's your 1st trip. Always ask hotel/shops for estimated costs before leaving.

LRT: No jam on travel, jam inside. Safeguard wallet/HPs etc..I won't try again.

Megamalls.
Many shopping centres there, basically not much diff as here, just bigger n spacious.

Food
Local food is nice, there are fast food with delivery 24hrs everywhere. Cheaper than SG. Starbucks are cheaper too

Massage
Many different massage everywhere. Price frm 400php/hour.

The prices quoted arent really cheap. This is an old project and at lau ch it was going at less than php 85k psm. Its association dues have increased steeply since turnover. Indicative price does not include the additional 12% VAT that they buyer will have to pay. Serious buyer will ask for the TCP which is the total contract price. Anyway, what is hot now in Ortigas is One Shang and The Allegro.

Actually, for St Francis, the prices are ok, since the facilities are superb- and includes access to Shangri La facilities as well.

After all, it is marketed as 6 star, di ba ?
