Actually it's like my construction business. According to sicc code all can start but the FWs must take online test follow by swab test. After that down load TraceTogether app and other work pass app etc. I guess those WLs are going through something like this . On top of that okt will likely have safeEntry scan at the premises entrance and a set of written preventive measures. After all this done and AV is satisfied we can have our happy days again. Sorry guys I was consoling myself 😋😝🤣.

Later got one sucker will be there because based on his homework he is 100% sure GL can open. He will be carrying some worthless PDF documents with codes explaining to the bapoks on the street he is very smart.

Thats what I was trying to say in my lengthy post. 100% is permitted but might not be 100% open on time because of the preventive measures and paper work. Really depend on how efficient individual houses can get it done.
