yup. but you can't buy just 2-3 there. the tequilas come in trays of 5. so its at least $50 a pop.

LDs tequila shots in most places are not only smaller in size than the shots we buy in discos and clubs, but there are also diluted with water/soda. This i u'stand is done so as not to make the gerls drunk too easily. if gerl gets drunk and wasted and cant drink anymore, then it would be potential income lost to the bar. Shots of teq in the pubs are nothing more than 3 tablespoon and gerls finish them with ease.

Here is what i normally do wrt buying LDs. If the bar sells stout as LDs, then its most advisable to buy them that instead. Its bitter, cold and gets more awful when its less cold. How many ladies can finish it that fast. Probably if they do it fast the 1st round, it would not be as fast the next. So, from what i experienced, it definitely lasts longer than 5 shots of teq. If in a 1 pint botl at least.. Good for us!

However, if stout not available, then probably the next best thing is beer in a botl. Quantity is more in a 1pint bottle than 5 shots of teq.

depending where ur patronising, in town area, outskirt of town or out of these areas, price of LDs varies. Obviously, those in town, are more expensive 50-60, outskirt maybe 40 and all outside thereof 30.. Sometimes, we hve to gauge which is more economically worthy. Once in a bar in the East, LD was quoted for 20 for stout in a small rock glass and 30 from a 330ml can. So i took the 30 LD cos the rock glass was not even half the cans quantity.

i will never buy 'cocktails' eg. margarita, screwdriver, long island. we wont know the mixture unless we taste it. it could just be 5% liquor and 95% soda/juices. Have encounterer before, bought an LD which was supposedly suppose to be whiskey cola. when she went toilet, i tasted and true enuf, it was only COKE.

In some pubs, they mix stout with coke ! So if you are buying stout, make sure it comes with the can and it is opened in front of you.

I am not too sure about other places, but in Paramount, most pubs charge stout full-can at $30 (triple), while stout by glass is $20 (double).

Fyi, understand that the pinay bars in Paramount has received notification letter to vacate by 12 Feb 2012. That means that most would probably close and leave end-Jan/early-Feb.....

a few new places will open soon in lieu of those moving out from PSC.

We will have new places to explore then..

its only probably. but definitely will have new gerls. bcos the permit the gerls are holding are non-transferable. so once they are cancelled, then bars hve to get new gerls to come in as the cancelled ones hve to wait another 6 mths before a new permit can be applied for them

From what I know, some of the girls are already transferred to other joints. The girls will go exit, and on return the new joint will apply for the permit. Anyway, some of the owners have more than 1 pub......

For those that are on social, depending of their expiry, they will move to other joints and continue until its time to go home.

In any case, new girls ? maybe yes, but mostly re-cycled !

svp probably will get their permits. IF the opening of the new joint coincides with the closing of PSC or somewhere close. Those with permit, hve to go home or exit and new ones hve to cover for svp who hve gone on to take permit as small bars in PSC can only hve 8 or max 10 permit gerls due to quota. So again new gerls..

Yes some owners have other bars and also a same grp of gerls which are recycled. but with the new permit kicking in, probably we would not see these gerls too soon for now as since its going to be a one year lay-off period after permit ends. So bars that manage to cover the 6 mths gap in betwn, will need to double the amt of gerls they have in their stable. ultimately, still we will get to see more newer ones than b4.

Anyway, there is only a certain number of time a gerl can take a working permit. so thereafter, again new ones have to come in.
