My own points of view, should let the shop make more so that the owners of spas will open more spas and bring in more gals. If the gals make more, they will become rich too fast and will be choosy of customers. Only give very good service to the fat tip customers.
$50 for hj is good enough.
If less spas, gals are in demand, tips will be higher
If more spas, gals need to give better service to compete for more customers.
