Re: Stress and regret
Luna from E-babes have Syphillis. My friend also booked her and kana it. The disease then transmitted to his baby. You need at least one month exposure before going to test.

Re: Stress and regret
please stop scaring people with false allegations like that. first your friend's condom broke and he got HIV. now ANOTHER of your friends got syphillis from an FL. hahaha?
if you're so anti-vice, why do you have such friends? if you got nothing better to say, keep your mouth shut. at least it'll prevent people from having wild thoughts and committing suicide because of that. |

Re: Stress and regret
Believe it or not....
Who say I am anti-vice? Just feel that if I am in the author's shoe, I rather commit suicide than face my wife. |

And, if you do commit suicide, rest assured that we won't miss you.

and being married, or with kids.. it will make things even worst. So u r not alone. 1st to overcome ur problem is to make urself clear that u are not infected by any deadly STD.. u still have to wait for 1 mth after ur exposure to hv most of the chking accurate. Your last chk up 5 days after exposure is good to confirm u hv no ngu/chyml/gonorrhea (if u did those test) as those STD takes only days or even hrs after exposure to be tested accurately. Refer to my last post for what u STD chk with give accurate result at what time frame. go for a test 30 days after ur exposure.. HIV test is pretty accurate by then (97%.. some say 98%.. hard to say).. only thing that u need to wait 3 mths later for a accurate result is Herpes test (blood) and Syphilis .. which both won't kill u while syphilis actually is cureable... (i not sure about hep B window period)... a HIB test 3 mths later is more for final confirmation for a closer to 100% accuracy. which means ur 30 days after exposure test will already give u a very good peace of mind as the serious STD u fear u might get will be made clear to u... and if you cannot wait till then to get ur 30 days after exposure test and u still feel like shit, go to get help... DSC counseller are good to start as they seen 1000 or not 100 cases of ppl like u .. they know the risk.. tell them the details of what u did and then ask them what is ur risk, dont be shy.. I am pretty sure they will tell u ur risk is quite low.. and if u still feel shitty, pay money go private doctor specialize in STD to talk to u .. but seriously, a protected vaginal intercourse + bbbj is not excactly high risk.. not even mid risk.. med professional actually call that low risk so u r really worrying too much. |

So, if you wanna go for raw or bbbj, you take your chances. If you want to be relatively safe, put on the cap for bj or fj. Note the word "relatively". "Relatively safe" is NOT the same as "safe". Again, I think we are all responsible for our own actions. The impt thing is that, if you do something reckless and kenna some disease, please be responsible to yourself, your family and others. Get it treated asap and DON'T pass it around. As for TS, don't worry so much. I think you are relatively safe from HIV, though you might be exposed to other STI.

Re: Stress and regret
hi all brothers. tanks for all the great information and encoragement. really glad there is some place for me to tell u all how i feel.
really feel like shit till today. 16 days after exposure. donno what knd of symptoms will i get. so paranoid. some website says that if herpes, blister will for within 2-10 days of exposure and last for 2 wks. till today, i have no symptoms. just feeling thirsty and mouth very dry. donno what is that. the councillor at DSC and my family doc told me it is low risk but still i am very scared and regretful. DSC say the reports will be out 2 wks fom check but best is wait for 3 wks. if the call within 2 wks means ned medication. really stree waiting for the result. like waiting for death. |

Herpes can be asymptomatic. This means that one can be infected without showing any symptoms whatsoever. In fact, 80% of those who are infected with Herpes type 2 display no symptoms or have symptoms which are so mild that they go unnoticed. Quote:

Re: Stress and regret
I found out I had genital herpes when my wife and I were having our routine checkup at the gynae. It was a shock to me as I did not notice it at all. It was really tough to swallow the truth. I had done my blood tests in the past and they were all negative. I am not sure how and when I got it neither am I going to find out. My wife is very supportive and understanding towards me. She does not blame me but suggests that I should build up my immunity and stay healthy. As we are trying to start a family, our gynae advises that we should be positive as every couples with herpes can lead a normal sex life. They also can have children. What's past is the past, you have to look forward to enrich your life. Having herpes doesn't mean that you are unfaithful or dirty. It just means that herpes is so common and you can't tell who has it. As we would have multiple partners before settling down, we might have been infected without knowing it. So you are not alone. If you have herpes, just be honest. Tell your partner, let him/her decide if the relationship is strong enough to continue. It's their choice and rights. Discuss it with your doctors, they are the best persons to advise you.

Re: Stress and regret
Hi Afa, thanks for the compliment! Just came back from the gynae who took a look at my lesions. He said it will dry up in 3 to 4 days. After that it's ok to continue our usual mating since we are trying for a baby. Just treat is as a skin disease, one that is incurable but manageable. It's only a let down when you can't have sex during an outbreak. Be responsible, inform your partner. Overtime, you can learn to control the outbreaks. By being honest, you not only gain the trust from your partner and also self-confidence in managing it.
Hope by sharing my experience, it will be helpful to those who are infected by overcoming the fear. |
