The one thing I cannot understand is that fellow bros have all been yearning or requesting for "live pics" but their requests have not been heeded. Is it that difficult to take some live pictures of the FLs on the day of their arrival? And post it together with her studio pics the same night? Can you as an OKT, tells us why you won't put up live pictures of your FLs? I'm sure fellow bros here wants to know.

To be honest, I was wondering if i should even reply to the post from Bro Thai visitor after i saw the above post in international reports (By bro noni juice).

However, I thought though wat i read in delphi forums seems to show that wat Bro Noni Juice said is true....i still cannot tell for sure that it is not a case of sabotage...hence, I am giving the benefit of doubt (though am still very wary) and reply Bro Tee Vee's post (quoting me)

1st...I agree that all FRs are personal to an extend...as once again, teh old saying goes...one man's meat another man's poison...

However, wat I meant by being constructive and not personal was this...

a. Write wat is truthful....both the bad and the good (if any)...

b. A responsible OKT will then let the FL know that this and that was commented and that if she intends to do well in SG...she has to buck up or ship out...just is i believe the case even in most of our every day jobs!

This will be constructive as it gives the OKT as chance to know wat the gal is doing rite or wrong and also gives her a chance to improve if she wants to make it here in SG. Likewise for a good FL, all good FRs will also allow her to know wat she is doing well and ensures that she keeps it up so that other bros that come and use her services can enjoy the same pleasures that other bros commented abt.

Not being personal is not making persoanl degrading remarks abt the gal....tats all...

As for not judging the gal just on one bad fR...and giving it time...we all have our off days....and this applies to FLs too....sometimes, they are not well or just a case of mis-communication. But condeming her and judging her just based on one FR will be like us having an off day in one test and getting condemned forever that we are NOT GOOD...and CMI...

Howeveer, if the FL gets several bad FRs...then I am sure once again, the responsible OKT will ensure he does the necessary.

ABt live pixs....this i can only speak for myself and not on behalf of all OKTs....

Having Live pixs can help bros get a better picture..I agree...and I also understand why Bros request for that...

However, if the Market Standard is NOT to have live pixs and all stables are showing only studio pixs...its not an apple for apple comparison...ie....bros may think then that FLs in other stables are better and forgo us altogether...its a business decision.

UNLESS....ALL STABLES PUT UP LIVE PIX AS A STANDARD...then if gives us OKT more confidence to place live pix...or else we may be just slapping ourselves ....I am just being very honest here..

In addition, another personal view is that....we OKTs are not professional photograhers...and without proper lighting and equipment, we may end up taking photos of the gals and do them a GREAT INJUSTICE!!!..Meaning we totally spoil their looks with our horrible photography skills.

However, I am in talks with the studio now on how i may be able to meet this request of photo accuracy or "live pix"...i have not decided on a best way...but i have certain ideas....and hopefully soon...will be abkle to let my group members know how i intend to do this.

I hope i answered the qns posed as honestly as possible..

Usually need to minus 2 from 10 on studio pics ... but still go for studio pics ... thou disappointed later

Can form OKT union? Very troublesome to join here and there esp. want to try gal here or there. So far tried

As for points...Bro...if u are giving an honest FR....bros that appreciate ur FR as being truthful will stand up for u....and a responsible OKT shld not be zapping u for it...it should be the OKT's job to look into it and make sure one rotten apple does not spoil his whole tree...
