Ambiguous law, unstable political climate & sometimes financing can be a bitch too. Another thing imho its better to buy 2nd hand (look in newspapers classifieds) as oppose to buying new as sometimes new developments never make it to TOP or after long delay with whole host of problems like non delivery on certain promises & most of the time you have no recourse. I got burnt b4 so unless you are buying for yourself to stay in if not then Singapore is still the place to park your funds. As for buying cars can find in newspapers classifieds. I can introduce you to some car sale girls if you interested |
