I ask yoyo what's that stuff on top at the ceiling. She just brush it aside & ask me whether I want service or not. I walked to the front cubicle open up the curtain where this bloody old man was sleeping. I saw him holding a hp looking onto something like a CCTV footage of the 2nd cubicle. When ask to c the hp, the old man say nothing & quickly leave the shop.

I just walked off & never ever come to her shop again . I suspect this bloody old man is watching every customers action with yoyo at the front cubicle.

it is illegal to installed any sort of camera in a massage room as customer need to change cloths. you should have quickly take a pictures of the installed camera and some pictures of room as evidence. because I think the old man will have removed the camera now to prevent police report.

FYI massage not supposed to be fully nude. That's why legit shops offer underwear or shorts. If that area of the establishment is NOT supposed to have nudity, why cannot install CCTV?

My point I was trying to make, even if he is wrong or I am wrong, at most warning only. Cos he can claim to have "good" intention to prevent hanky panky or even protect his workers.

Or even just to come up with signage etc, and curtain for changing.

Nobody said cannot install CCTV.
But it has to be clearly informed that CCTV is in use.
For example, via a clear signage at the entrance of the shop.

This is true even if the CCTV is not deployed in a "private" area like changing room, toilet etc.
