i have google player but cant dl it ... no !!! anywayz... if they open a school with their most popular host as teachers to teach other OG (office guy) how to sian ladies, i think they can still earn a living after their prime age.

 Have not watched the docu but recently there is a book quite popular in jp called "1億５千万円の恋" (150million yen love). It's about an ordinary OL (Nao) who fell in love with a host. In order to have money to visit him, she started working in a soapland as a high-class pros. After 4 yrs, earning and spending 150million yen on him, she still could not get his heart, so they broke up. Among hosts there is a "permanent patronage system" 永久指名, means once you have 指名shimei someone, you have to choose him after evey visit. If another host tried to "snatch" the customer through whatever means, it will that host a bad name THROUGHOUT the industry! There is also a dorama called 夜王 based on a still on-going comic of the same name, about the life of being hosts. In Osaka, I've seen adverts for recruiting hosts. It says "Don't care you are fat thin tall or short, just come for an interview!" A new host earns about 6000yen as base salary per day, works for 8 hrs, one week rest once. Many types fine: late fine, absentee fine, and if there is no 指名 for you for the second day in the shop, kena fine too. Newbies wash toilet, serve seniors, serve seniors' customers, carry ice bucket etc
